This is our standard exhaust fan.The exhaust fans are widely used in poultry,greenhouse and workshop.

The exhaust fan has many advantages:

1)The fan blade is stainless steel or FRP or galvanized,we have three kinds of them. big air volume, without distortion, no noise,no broken,easy to be started, attractive and durable.The blade can work under the temperature of 160℃.

(adopting aluminum fan blade in the past, which had some problems caused by long time working of metal in the factory cooling, for example broken and air volume decreasing).

2) Adopts automatic belt tensioner which can adjust up and tight so that the belt can't pine and drop. We used the best domestic belt in China.

3)The strap wheel adopts more stiffening rib and processed by standblasting, become attractive, eliminate the internal stress and increase own emphasis efficiently; The best domestic axletree(bearings),high intensity, low noise, long service life.This axletree also is used in FIAT car in Italy .

4) Variety sizes of shape and install conveniently.   

5)Size of shape (blade): 900mm(31''),1000mm(39''),1100mm(40''),1400mm(43''),1550mm(50'') five kinds.

6)Our fans were adjusted by advanced computer balancing tester, to smooth operating, reduce noise, enhance stability, extend service life.
